Community Outreach

South Lake Hospital's mission is to improve the health and quality of life of the individuals and communities in South Lake County.  Our community outreach focuses on building relationships with the neighborhoods and communities that we serve and identifying the healthcare needs of our residents.

Throughout the year, South Lake Hospital team members, physicians, fitness experts and medical professionals share their knowledge on healthcare topics with the community through the participation of screenings, fairs and lectures. In addition, we work with community partners to promote family-centered, active events such as community bike rides, family walks and fitness activities.
