Retirement Savings Plan 401(k):

We want our Team Members to have financial security when they retire, and South Lake Hospital is proud to contribute a dollar for dollar matching contribution to our employees based on their individual tax-deferred contribution following the waiting period.

Life Insurance:

Full-time and part-time South Lake team members are provided life insurance coverage equivalent to their annual base salary, based on their status. Additional voluntary life insurance coverage up to five times their base salary is available for our team members to elect if desire, as well as spouse and dependent children coverage.

Short Term Disability:

Being financially secure doesn’t just mean planning for retirement. A serious disability or accident can cause a real financial hardship. Short Term Disability may be purchased by eligible team members to protect their income in cases of illness or injury preventing work.

Long Term Disability:

South Lake Hospital provides long term disability coverage to eligible team members at no cost, equal to a specific amount of their base pay following 180 days of total disability.

Shift Differentials:

Team members in positions that require evening, night, weekend, or holiday hours may be eligible for additional pay, known as shift differentials.
