Arnold Einhorn, M.D., F.A.C.C., F.A.C.P., is a member of Orlando Health Heart Institute Cardiology Group, an affiliate of Orlando Health Heart institute and member of Orlando Health Physician Group. Dr. Einhorn was trained in Internal Medicine and Cardiology at State University, New York. He completed his Chief Residency and Fellowship in Cardiology at SUNY Health Science Center, New York. He held a clinical instructor position at Downstate Medical Center and was the Director of Coronary Care at King's County Hospital.
His clinical interests include all aspects of clinical cardiology with a special interest in cardiac catheterization, pacemakers, cardiac echocardiography, CTA, MRI and medical teaching. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine with a subspecialty of Cardiovascular Disease, nuclear cardiology and cardiac computed tomography. Dr. Einhorn has published several scientific articles and abstracts in Journals of repute: Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging: infarct size and CTA in the Emergency Room. He holds the appointments of Clinical Professor of Medicine from the University of Florida, Clinical Associate Professor with Florida State University, and Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Central Florida.
Dr. Einhorn has been an active member of the Orlando Health medical staff for more than 25 years, serving on various medical staff committees including Orlando Health Board Quality Committee, Orlando Health Medical Staff Credentials Committee, Quality Triad Committee, Orlando Health Physician Enterprise: Physician Cabinet Governance Committee and Orlando Health Heart Institute Committees: Finance, Chairman-Technology/Utilization, Quality, Physician Leadership/Planning and Research/Education. He is past Chief of Staff at Orlando Health and past President of Orange County Medical Society. He is presently the Associate Program Director for University of Florida Cardiology Fellowship Program, Co-Medical Director of Orlando Health Heart Institute, Medical Director of Mid-Florida Cardiology Specialists.
