Learn more about our services at South Lake Hospital
Whether your tendinitis is caused by normal wear and tear or from overly strenuous exercise, our orthopedic specialists will develop a personalized plan to treat your pain and help you resume your normal activities.
We may begin your treatment with medication to reduce your pain and inflammation and a physical therapy regimen to help you regain strength in the area. If your bicep tendon has torn, we may recommend surgery to reattach the tissue to your bone, usually with pins or staples. We will recommend a rehabilitation program to help restore the normal function in your arm.
