Heart Healthy Fair

The screenings will include vein screening and peripheral artery disease screening by Vascular Specialists of Central Florida, cholesterol and glucose checks by South Lake Hospital, blood pressure screening by Mid-Florida Cardiology Specialists and body mass index (BMI) screenings by the hospital’s Cardiac Rehabilitation Department.

Physicians will be in attendance to meet with attendees and ask questions regarding screening results. The screenings are all free and open to the public. The South Lake Heart & Vascular Institute is located at 2080 Oakley Seaver Drive, Clermont, 34711, across the street from the main South Lake Hospital building. The South Lake Heart & Vascular Institute is comprised of Vascular Specialists of Central Florida, Mid-Florida Cardiology Specialists, South Lake Endocrinology and South Lake Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation.
