Following evidence-based guidelines, our programs encompass both inpatient and outpatient care, including home health options, with locations throughout Central Florida. Our interdisciplinary teams of clinicians include physiatrists, rehabilitation nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, audiologists, respiratory therapists, neuropsychiatrists, registered dietitians and others to help you meet or exceed your rehabilitation goals.
Orlando Health South Lake Hospital's Outpatient Rehabilitation offers the latest methods in physical, occupational and speech therapy to advance your recovery.
Our experienced staff provides individually tailored treatments to patients of all ages. Our personalized FOTO (Focus on Therapeutic Outcomes) model provides each person with their own scores and benchmarks for success. We work with your physician on your plan and our continuum of care continues past rehabilitation with our Step-Over Program at the hospital's National Training Center.
Additionally, our staff are Joint Commission Accredited and hold several advanced certifications ensuring you receive the highest quality, evidence-based care at all times.
