Services and Specialties
Outpatient Rehabilitation provides evaluation and treatment services to adults and adolescents with a wide range of orthopedic, neurological or musculoskeletal dysfunctions. Our goal is to return each patient to his or her highest level of function — whether that means daily personal care activities or returning to work or sports.
Our interdisciplinary teams of clinicians include Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists working together to help you meet your rehabilitation goals. All of our therapy programs provide our patients with skills to take home with them and are customized to a patient’s unique goals for rehabilitation. In addition, we provide ongoing patient and family training of learned skills to tackle everyday challenges.
We work with your physician on your plan and our continuum of care continues past rehabilitation with our Graduate Program, which includes access to Orlando Health National Training Center.
We are an approved Medicare provider and we accept most insurance plans, including workers’ compensation.
Direct Access
A referral from another health care provider is not required for patients to receive services at our rehabilitation facilities. Our clinicians will consult with your other health care providers as appropriate. However, some insurance companies, such as HMO’s, may require a referral or authorization to cover any services provided.
