Bio
Dr. Krishna Kumar is a board-certified radiologist with Orlando Health Medical Group Radiology, specializing in diagnostic radiology and neuroradiology. He has cared for patients in Central Florida since 2005.
He strives to use all available resources to optimize patient care and emphasizes a team approach integrating the latest technologies.
Dr. Kumar’s Training
Dr. Kumar earned his degree in osteopathic medicine at the University of Health Sciences in Kansas City. He completed his residency in diagnostic radiology at Michigan State University/ Garden City Hospital and performed his fellowship in neuroradiology at Loyola University in Chicago.
About Dr. Kumar
Dr. Kumar’s memories of his grandfather caring for patients in India with compassion and dedication inspired him to pursue a career in medicine.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis, chess, reading, hiking and bike riding. Dr. Kumar is fluent in English and Tamil.

Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not necessarily reflect the views of Orlando Health.
Ratings may not be present for certain physicians of Orlando Health Physician Group and Orlando Health Physician Associates because:
- The physician has not yet met the minimum number of 30 patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
- They may be a researcher or type of provider that does not see patients.
- They may practice in a specialty or office that has not yet implemented the specified surveys used for these ratings.
