Mother Baby Support Groups
Join our in-person group for new moms and their babies, up to one year of age. Led by a lactation consultant, this is a great opportunity to connect with other moms and to ask the lactation team questions. A baby scale is available for weekly weight checks and weighted feedings. Orlando Health South Lake Hospital’s Sky Top conference room on the first floor of the Center for Women and Babies. In this monthly group, currently provided virtually by calling in or logging on, participants will have the opportunity to share stories and experiences with others who understand their journey, while learning about helpful topics such as nutrition, available resources and other ways to improve one’s lifestyle.
