    Stroke survivors and caregivers can find care, support and connection at Orlando Health’s Stroke Support Group. In this monthly group, currently provided virtually by calling in or logging on, participants will have the opportunity to share stories and experiences with others who understand their journey, while learning about helpful topics such as nutrition, available resources and other ways to improve one’s lifestyle.

  • Get Ready Series - Prenatal Education Classes

    At Orlando Health South Lake Hospital Center for Women and Babies, we are ready for you. Now it's time to get ready for your baby. In our Get Ready series, we offer in-person Ready for Birth, Ready for Breastfeeding, and Ready for Baby classes. Couples may register for the full series or select a'la carte classes.

  • Mother Baby Support Groups

    Join our in-person group for new moms and their babies, up to one year of age. Led by a lactation consultant, this is a great opportunity to connect with other moms and to ask the lactation team questions. A baby scale is available for weekly weight checks and weighted feedings. Orlando Health South Lake Hospital’s Sky Top conference room on the first floor of the Center for Women and Babies.
