This one-day class in prepared childbirth will prepare you for labor, delivery and postpartum. You will learn all about the process of labor, relaxation and breathing techniques, pain medications, cesarean birth, and how to care for yourself after your baby arrives.

This class will provide an overview of what you need to know about preparing for your joint replacement surgery, rehabilitation and successful recovery at home.

Are you having or considering knee or hip surgery at Orlando Health South Lake Hospital? This class will have you feeling confident and better prepared for your upcoming joint surgery. Instructors will walk you through the process from preparation to recovery and answer any questions that you may have. If you have specific questions about your surgery, please contact your surgeon, as the class only provides general information.

Moms and Dads are encouraged to learn the basics of Breastfeeding and Newborn Care. This class provides information on how to put your baby to breast, how to recognize feeding cues as well as the basics of burping, diapering, cord care and how to care for your newborn infant. This class is intended for parents that will be delivering at Orlando Health South Lake Hospital.
