  Created to help you establish and maintain a heart-healthy lifestyle, Orlando Health Choose One is a free interactive health improvement program designed to provide you with support and knowledge to reduce your cardiovascular risk factors (such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, blood sugar, body weight) and make a positive impact on your overall health.

• Stroke Support Group, Virtual

  Stroke survivors and caregivers can find care, support and connection at Orlando Health’s Stroke Support Group. In this monthly group, currently provided virtually by calling in or logging on, participants will have the opportunity to share stories and experiences with others who understand their journey, while learning about helpful topics such as nutrition, available resources and other ways to improve one’s lifestyle.

• Joint Replacement Classes

  Having knee or hip surgery at South Lake Hospital or considering surgery? This class will have you feeling confident and better prepared.  Instructors will walk you through the process from preparation to recovery and answer any questions that you may have.
