Central Florida continues to grow at unprecedented rates. So do residents’ expectations for connected, quality healthcare that’s near where they live and work.
“Consumers tell us they want convenient access to healthcare services so it’s easier to take care of themselves and their families,” says Greg Ohe, Orlando Health senior vice president for ambulatory services. To meet those needs, Orlando Health is expanding its range of facilities and services across the region.
Main Campus Expansion - Clermont
With an expected completion in fall 2018, the expansion will include 10 new beds and a more spacious, family friendly waiting room. The expansion also includes room for 10 additional beds as the need arises.
Orlando Health Emergency Room and Medical Pavilion - Blue Cedar
Located 13 miles north of the hospital’s main campus in Clermont, the new 20-acre property will include a full-service emergency department, outpatient imaging and laboratory services and medical offices.
Joe H. and Loretta Scott Medical Pavilion - Four Corners
Just north of US HWY 192 on US HWY 27 near the Walmart Supercenter, the facility will offer outpatient imaging services, such as x-rays, CT scans and ultrasound, as well as an on-site laboratory. Outpatient rehabilitation services will also be offered, allowing residents to schedule physical therapy appointments closer to home.
