How Donating Can Make A Difference.

We are extremely grateful for the support of our community members, patients, physicians and others who so generously donate to South Lake Hospital through the South Lake Hospital Foundation. Each contribution fulfills a desire to give back, impacts our community and future generations and reflects an honorable legacy of giving.

Each gift is truly appreciated and will be personally acknowledged. Special recognition circles have been established to honor and thank those who generously offer their partnership and support, and may be recognized in Foundation newsletters and other communication or recognition vehicles.

Benefactors whose cumulative giving reaches the Sapphire Circle level and above are honored permanently within the philanthropists wall of honor in the main lobby of South Lake Hospital. The donor recognition wall is updated on an annual basis.

• Chairman: $1,000,000 and above
• Trustee: $500,000 —  $999,999
• President: $100,000 — $499,999
• Diamond: $25,000 — $99,999
• Emerald: $10,000 — $24,999
• Sapphire: $5,000 — $9,999
• Ruby: $1,000 — $4,999
• Century: $100 — $999
• Friend: $1 — $99
